For the T500 cafe build, picked a fat ContiGo 120/90-18 tire on an Excel shouldered 2.5x18 rim, and a fat 530VX3 chain. Not quite enough clearance to properly line up the wheels.
It’s close, so a 520 conversion with offset sprockets should be ok.
530 & 520 chain widths:

Re: T500 520 chain conversion
stock-size rear sprocket:
http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/part/JTR814/
520 rear sprocket:
http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/part/JTR1826/
stock T500 gearing is 15/33
520 sprockets are available for 15/36. sprockets are JTF431.15 & JTR1826.36
Additional spacers for the front sprocket is easy — just use sprocket washers. Still available from Suzuki.
Additional spacers for the rear sprocket is TBD. Could use 10mm washers.
Anyone have a reason to do otherwise?
Any alternative recommendations?
