Fuel Lines

Does anyone know the inside and outside diameters of the fuel lines for an early J model 380? Also, the vacuum hose attaches to the middle carb, but appears in the parts manual to include a spring cover. I can't locate one so would just make one up I suppose with regular fuel line. Thoughts? Thanks.

P.S. If anyone has a pic of the routing of the choke and throttle cables under the tank it would be appreciated. Almost finished with this build from parts 380.

Going to try 5mm X 8mm line and use the spring sheathing on the vacuum line. Still could use pic of throttle and choke cable routing. Thanks.

The fuel lines are 5x8.2 mm. I use 3/16”.

If you take a close look at the various pics in a shop manual, that will give you some clues of how Suzuki originally ran the cables.

My 72 GT380 has a 1974 motor & lower handlebars, so isn’t a useful basis for the “correct” cable routing.
