Sprockets for TS100

Post by joolstacho »

I want to lower the gearing on Mary's TS100. It has 14/47 at the moment, but I want to go probably 13/47. Does anyone know what other models front sprockets would fit the spline (428 chain).
Any ideas lads? What other models front sprockets should I look for? Optionally I could look for a 50 rear.

Look into aftermarket sprockets available in your country.

In the US, PBI has TS100 sprockets with the gearing you are looking for.

Thanks for going to the trouble of getting together that useful info jabcb. I'm hoping to get one here in Oz. (I bet the postage cost from US would be more than the sprocket!) I'd better get out and take the old front sprocket off to I can measure the spline.

If you look on ebay, you'll find sprocket sellers with drawings of the splines for your bike. Just look for similar spline definitions and you'll find what you need from another bike.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
