Can you I.D. this Suz master cylinder?

Post by Evans Ward »

Have this master cylinder in my stash but unsure what it fits? The handlebar perch shape/ design clamp leads me to believe it is from a Suzuki model. Can anyone narrow it down for me? Also the unassembled piece with nuts and washers was on the lever bolt position. Anyone know how that fits back together in order? Thanks in advance!

It looks a lot like the original master cylinder on our 1973 GT250 cafe build. Early MC did not have a plastic reservoir.
The "D" signifying the double-disk MC may have been painted over. So measure the bore.
