Re: Help identifying Tail light
I don't believe it is any GT model. The angle of the bracket is at a much different angle, the shape of the lens is different also. (US anyway)

Re: Help identifying Tail light
do you have a part number for this rear light? i knew it was a gt, but the 185a and 250a look very similar, as does the later x7. suzuki changed to square rear lights after the 'm' models, so 1976

Re: Help identifying Tail light
The GT125 used 35712-35012, the GT185B, GT250B used 35712-30510
Most of the 185A, 250A models used the same as the M 35712-27660
Lens numbers

Re: Help identifying Tail light
thanks the only part number i didn't have was the 125. luckily we never got the square rear lights - sorry, but i hate them - until 76. looking at the part numbers it seems strange having all different model lights. suzuki were usually good at making parts that fitted many models. perhaps the rear mudguard was something to do with it? i know the 380/550/750 rear lights were all the same
cheers, dd.
p.s. i hated the square headlamps as well when bikes started fitting those
