If l go to pods is the air cleaner not needed. Will l get better performance. Are they seen when fitted. What's a good make.thanks

I would go with foam (Uni) filters instead, but be prepared to rejet your bike. You're allow more air flow to come through, I've heard from people that the bike wants to run leaner though. Try to get long ones. Good luck.

Pods will not work unless spaced away from the carb.
Something to do with Harmonics I believe.
