Please post lean angle pics & provide details so that the info is useful.
There is very little info about cornering clearance for the currently available pipes. The more info we post here, the better.

Here are my GT380 lean angle pics.
GT380 mix-and-match project: 72 frame + 74 motor + 74-77 Higgspeed + custom pipe mounts + custom sidestand.
Details are here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=13036&start=0

Here are lean angle comparison pics. The GT380 is leaning a smidgen to the left. Pipe touches down before the side stand. Looks like left & right lean angles are about the same.

Found this pic on Flickr: GT550 with 3-into-1 and center stand. Is this one of the Zenshin pipes?

3 into 1 pipe sound ace. But kill performance.
Gt750's fitted with Piper 3into1 pipes couldn't keep with my Rd250. Sounder good tho.

RD250 weighs about 10% of a kettle with comparatively more power.
GT550 with a 3-1 has no difference in power at any rpm due to weight saving. Trust me on that one.

Yup.
It was on the bike when it went on holiday to the IOM Classic in 2015 with Richard on his T500. He ended up using earplugs or riding in front as it was LOUD and was put back to standard when we got back.

Contacted Jemco about their chambers for my GT550 and this is what I received from them:

We are still making cone type 3 into 3 expansion chamber for the GT550. The exhaust system sells for $995.00 in raw or polished metal. Current build time is 4 to 6 weeks.

Great to hear those guys are still around. I just need to get some other areas taken care of and I'll ordering a set.

I remember back in the 70,s gt750,s with piper 3 into1 pipes
Sounded fantastic.
But i could pass them easily, on my Rd250.
They sound great, but kill performance.

But which are still running?
My 550s with 3-1s sounded loud and ran well, very well - and reliably. Even better with 3-3 spannies though.
See earlier posts in this thread.
GT against sports 250s? Try a similar power to weight ratio bike, or think that I tour 2 up on my GT750B with panniers & top box, try that with your 45 year old 250 yam. Does it do 40mpg not hanging about? Thought not.
Horses for courses, or if you'd like to compare your 250 against my 750 sometime, let me know. No, it doesn't have a 3-1 though. :)

I hardly think a 3 into one expansion chamber would be the choice of a touring motorcyclist.
I was relating to a time when most lads in their late teens.
Bought a bike, to see how far they could stretch the throttle cables. All i said was. A gt750 with a 3 into 1 pipe would struggle to top 90 mph and could easily be passed by a Rd250. If the 3 into 1 was such a good idea. Why did bikr manufacturers not fit them as standard? Nor have they ever been used in competition.
They sound good, but do not work very well.
As for "which is still running" any bike will run forever, if serviced & maintained correctly.
And 40 mpg. My 50yo T500 returns that. I bet your 550 wouldn't.
Anyway. Why are you being so arsey?

They are perfect for touring. Lighter and give better low down torque. Something wrong with a 750 if it wouldn't go over 90, most Dunstall 750s had Piper 3-1s and certainly will. SAAB used 3-1s in thier 3 cylinder 2 stroke cars and rallied them, but out & out power, single tuned pipes are better, that's why they are on mine. The 550K with the piper pulled over a ton on the IOM TT course. My 550J will do well over 40mpg if ridden sensibly, but the 550A won't as it's 'very' non standard and never gets ridden sensibly.
Arsey? Well you seemed to kick it off, but I can do it much better.

I only stated what i knew, from my experiences of the 40yrs ago. I wasn't looking for an argument.
I should know better. Most bike forums are spoilt by a minority of aggressive "Experts" who cannot accept any opinions. Other than their own.
