Looks like Jemco is no longer making pipes. Making a list because I need something for my GT550 cafe build.

Zenshin also has cross-pipe 3-into-3 that gets rid of side stand issues. Video of Kawasaki with the cross pipe:

Anyone have insight in the cornering clearance for the available 3-into-3 & 3-into-1 chambers for a GT550?

Not concerned about the center stand — I removed the frame tabs for the center stand.

Zehshin Facebook page (in Japanese):

GT550 3-into-1 video on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/20700515644032 ... 40953/?t=0

Based on some of the pics, I’m wondering about the ground clearance from some of the Zenshin pipes.

video of GT550 with Higgspeed / GT750s with Gibson & JL — the bikes have center stands

I found this topic by forum member 2strokelove, where he had side stand clearance issues with Higgspeed on a 1972 GT550.
He last visited the forum in 2016. Didn’t find any indication about his resolution to the cornering clearance issue.

Looks like someone else has a GT550 side stand solution similar to my GT380 solution.

I contacted Motoparts Online about Zehsin.
They can sell any of the Zenshin pipes. For a list of pipes, they provided the Yahoo link:

Webike in Japan also sells Japanese expansion chambers for Suzuki bikes. Bands & products varies from time to time.
Currently they list MAD★STAR GT380 3-into-1:

Dude you are seriously doing Gods work right now. I’m in the process of tearing down my 75 GT550 that’s been sitting for years. Rebuilding the entire motor and the stock exhaust is completely rotted out. It ran before but it stopped running on the left cylinder after I believe to be a crank seal failed. Figured I might as well throw some expansion chambers on.
