Suzuki gt 250 carburetor overflow

Hi is it normal in fuel tap "pri"position fuel flow out of the overflow hoses?

No, it sounds like there is a problem with needle valves not stopping flow.

I did adjust height to 13.6mm, is that wrong value?

According to manual for GT 250A&B,at OJB site, 13.6mm is correct. Several reasons could be, float has hole and fills with gas making heavy float, dirt in needle valve, wore needle valve seat.
I had one that wanted to overflow till the engine started, the vibration of running engine would seat the needle valve.

What do you mean by flow? An occasional drip or a steady stream?

problem solved, in carb maintenance kit what i did order was wrong needle valve. i did replace it with old one now it doesnt overflow.
