modern material for float bowl gasket 13251-33110

Post by jabcb »

This float bowl gasket is used by lots, but not all, T250, T350, GT250, GT380 & GT550s.

I’ve purchased them from Suzuki and genuine Mikuni VM30/103 gaskets. They appear to be exactly the same.
K&L 18-2667 gaskets is an aftermarket option.

Recently by chance noticed that the K&L gaskets also fit a large number of Polaris models.
Also notice that you can get aftermarket gaskets for those Polaris models that are made out of Interface N-8092 gasket material.
N-8092 looks to be a good modern gasket material. https://www.vellumoid.com/synthseal-int ... solutions/

All Balls Racing 46-5044 gaskets & Moose Racing 0934-6400 gaskets fit those Polaris models & are made with N-8092.
Both appear to be discontinued but are still readily available.

Am curious if anyone has used these gaskets made with N-8092 & what your opinions are.
