I poured 1400cc into my rebuilt T500 (oil dam mod fitted) and soon after realised i needed to check something on the clutch. So i undid the two drain plugs and about 700cc came out...slowly. Thinking the rest must be on the clutch side i expected a torrent when i took the
cover off. No...just a small amount...50cc ! I left the drain plugs out and no more oil appeared. I even took the combustion chamber plugs
out fearing the worst....but nothing.
So about 650cc was hiding somewhere in there. How are you supposed to drain the oil when its due ?
Puzzled
Where is the oil hiding ?
