Fork seals..

Post by daxman »

Hi All

I just noticed the fork seals I bought for the 250 are 33-46-10.5 mmand the old ones are 'thicker' at 12.5.. The retaining clip therefore won't be doing much, but Is this likely to be a problem given the fact they were such a complete sod to remove -stuck fast.

It wouldn't bother me. The retaining clip is pretty superfluous if the seals are an interference fit.

Hi

Thanks. In the end I complained and got a refund so I ordered some 'taller' ones. Got to keep the others too which is nice insurance against foul-ups!
