The stock headlight is around 30W. Your LED headlight probably is close to that. You’ve reduced the lighting load by something like 15W (riding around without turn signals, horn & brake light).

The stock alternator is pretty meager. With just one coil, your bike might start charging at 3~4k rpm. It might work out ok if you always keep the revs up, but at parking lots speeds the horn might be useless.

You should wire both coils going to the R/R. The R/R will get hot at high rpm. Make sure you’ve mounted it some place where it gets reasonably good air flow.

You should also check the voltage at a sustained high rpm. The max voltage your R/R controls to is too high for a lithium battery. You need to make sure its OK for a sealed battery.

Yes. Its popular on vintage British bikes. I used it on a GT250 & a T500.
Its great with AGM batteries. The design has been around for some years , so I wouldn’t recommend it for Lithium batteries.

Where did you mount your R/R?
