Choices, choices...(next project)

Post by Zook-e »

Which project to start next?

1. 1986 GS1150ES - stock except for Basanni pipe

2. T500 with GS500 front end, GS500 rear wheel, aluminum swinger and chambers. Hopefully with Cobra bodywork

3. GT250 already running with chambers and boxsection swinger, H1 heads and ported. Going to go with early bodywork

4. TC305 90% there but locked up. Hard to find some parts.

And almost forgot....

5. GT750 with bumstop seat, GS1100G tank, GS1150 front end and 17" wheel. GS1100E swinger shortened and 17" wheel, ohlins shocks and chambers

It has got to be the GT750! That thing will be bad ass with that huge GS tank and the updated suspension!

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Ignore those 750 guys, three cylinders is just a cry for attention

I agree with zrs1919's sage advice, besides there are lots of custom kettles, I'd love to see what you'd do with the T/GS 500

Well, as the resident old fart, I'd vote for the 305 project.
However, if it's taking up valuable space AND you're just not motivated enough to finish it AND you'd like to see it go to a good home......

I'm with Rick, the 305 would be nice.
T200 (full restoration)
CL450 (on the go now)
T350 (sort of started)
