heat shrink solder sleeves

has anyone used these.
1st time I've seen them certainly useful to have in your kit.
handy if your wires need fixing while out on ya bike. a simple lighter will do.

A novel idea, but it think it might not be as good as a proper soldered joint and normal heatshrink.
