Dowels for gears and kick start shaft

Hello

I have lost 3 small 4mm (thick) dowels from the gear shaft bearings and kick start shaft I was going to buy some mild steel round bar and make some replacement ones,

Any ideas they must have got lost when getting the casings vapour blasted

Per the US online parts diagrams for the T250J, the transmission & kick starter dowel pins are still available.
