Post by bultaco59 »

Hello, I've just purchased new titan chambers for my 76 gt500,what jet changes should I make, running with stock airbox, any thoughts.
Thank you for any help that may come my way.

Hi Bob.....
You may be able to run your bike with no alteration at all, PROVIDING you don't use it in anger. The natural turbo charge effect of chambers leans the mix, and this will melt stuff under hard use. I always jet generously to avoid melting, as holed pistons are a nuisance.
With the OEM air box, increasing the main to 102.5, or even 105, should avoid any problems, and get the bike running crisp and clean. You'll not need to mess with the pilots or needles.
