GT 750 oil sludge coming out of radiator?

Hi all.
Am a very recent owner of a Suzuki GT750 and have a fairly good knowledge with 2 stroke engines.
The bike starts and runs fine but when I opened radiator to check level it was down. I topped it up and started it to check for other abnormalities and I found oil mixed quite thick with the water starting to push out the top.

Is there a seal or bearing that connects the gearbox to water pump where oil could be sucking through or am I looking at problems with the casings? Checked the gearbox oil but that is all clean.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like the upper water pump seal.

When I had trouble with the water pump on My TS250X I had water getting into the G'Box... The water jacket is pressurised... Just my thoughts.

I wonder if the stuff you found wasnt some sort of stop leak added to the coolant ?

Likely not the water pump - typically coolant would go into the gearbox rather than the other way around. Same for the radiator bypass line seal. It could be a head gasket issue, or as Dave mentions possibly something that actually has been added to the coolant. 8)
