There probably is a one that fits. Mikuni (and aftermarket) offer replacement float needles and you don't have to buy the seat with it. My previous computer died and therefore I lost my link to a chart that showed dimension details for each float needle type. I tried to google for it just now and could not find. So I cant't tell you exactly which one. Also I would have to measure the existing T500 needle to get original dimensions. You don't need to be exact on height for you can adjust via tab... although a little height diff is a lot to adjust, so far I have found matches. Funny in my case I change Viton to metal (bad gas these days eats Viton), but Viton probably seals better if seat surface not pristine. You can clean seat surface up a bit tho

Here is an example of what I mean ->

Maybe a parts dealer who carries Kimpex or Parts Unlimited catalog can help you ( i don't think catalog has dimensions tho??). When I find the series I want they usually have it to buy. Much cheaper way to go then the seat set if not needed (usually not and some metal polish cleans them up. If they are junk then junk and need all)

Suzuki used standard Mikuni needle valves.
You can figure out which one you have from this info: http://jetsrus.com/needle_valve_float_b ... ikuni.html
The flow rate # will be stamped on your old valves.

Once you have the Mikuni #, your favorite bike shops & online retailers likely will be able to provide the parts.
