Tire size GT550 1974

Any idea of the largest front and rear tire I can fit on the stock rims? Recommend a good tire brand?

Stick to standard. Dunlop Streetsmarts on all my 550s.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
