T500 75
whith the engine running the rev counter works fine as soon as i put it into gear the rev counter stops working ?

Correct.
The oil pump doesn't work while you're holding the clutch in too, so don't do it more than you have to.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Also try http://www.kettleclinic.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . UK based and all Suzuki two strokes catered for, not just the kettles, despite the name. I have several 550s and there are lots of twins and singles too. Oh, and it's free!
