Warning stay away from this seller

Post by smokin »

This guy has 25+ site and rotating then through the year after not using them for a year the negative feedback fall off and the site returns back to 100% rating, don't know how many people he has screwed it's got to be a lot. Look at what he's selling said it is NEW but it's is used and painted the wrong color.

Just had my second and final disappointing experience with this gentleman. He does operate multiple ebay sites. I only know because both purchases (different sites)were shipped from the same individual. I have noticed that all the other northeast Ohio sites I could find also impose a "20% restocking fee" same as this guy and the two sites I purchased from. I will never purchase anything from this gentleman again.

Report him to ebay. Maybe if enough people do they'll boot his ass out.

Here's some more site he just put up, watch out for Cleveland, Ohio and he uses other cities under Ohio. I would not buy from Ohio period. Sorry Ohio but this guy makes your state look bad gotten me three times under different names

Part claimed to be NOS that wasn't. Purchased a chrome water temp gauge back that was listed as NEW. In response to my inquiry he indicated it was NOS. When I looked at it you could see the part had been mounted as there was evidence of the mounting screws scratching and indenting the chrome. He then admitted he had taken the part off a set of gauges. But that they were NOS gauges. That was very doubtful in my opinion based on the condition and anyway it sure didn't meet my definition of a NOS part. His methods for describing parts is baffling at best. I suggested to him that he could be a lot clearer in describing his parts for sale. I guess he wasn't interested in my thoughts on the subject. So he did give me a refund after I complained. Hence, I was not able to leave any feedback as the purchase is erased in ebay. And that was the first time, before he started charging a 20% restocking fee. I should have learned my lesson but assumed the next ebay site in Cleveland was a different person. It wasn't.

Not to sound ignorant. But, this is very old news. Yes, you are exactly correct. This person with dozens of accounts from Ohio is crooked as they come. Liar, thief and a cheat. He's so crooked. That you can't even sell to a person in Ohio. When he buys something from you he makes far fetched bogus claims. Resulting in EBay refunding his money and keeping his purchase. One too many experiences for me. I got fed up to the point I will not buy or sell vintage parts regarding any user from Ohio. Sounds insane, but that's the only way to protect yourself from this con artist.
