Hi thier new to suzuki tripless. I have a 1975 gt380 .I pulled the expasion chambers off to get at the jugs when I hung them up in the garage the middle one leaked about half a litre of Unburnt fuel and oil!.the middle cylinder was firing before I pulled it off.also thier looked to be oil sitting in the web on crankcase in the front closest to the exaust but not on back Web closest to intake.iv added a picture of the oil in Web.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi vwnut,
Unfortunately I can not see your photo so I don't really understand what you mean by oil in the web. If it's dirty black oil near to where the exhaust connects to the cylinder it's probably just a case of it not sealing properly, easily fixed with a new exhaust compression gasket and a good blob of silicone sealant.
As for the fuel and oil in your chamber it could be you've had a leaking fuel shut off valve on your middle carb at some time and it's flowed into your exhaust via the cylinder, may be worth a check.
Most standard exhausts have a small drain hole at their lowest point to allow such crud to drain out all over your nice clean garage floor, but unfortunately some aftermarket exhaust builders tend to forget to add this. I have a set of Higgspeed chambers on my GT380 and they also have no drain holes. I suspect if I were to hang mine up a fair amount of crud would drain out. If you have got the drain holes in yours check they are not blocked and see how you go from there.
