Boost ports 1975 gt380

Hi thier new to suzukis triples.I've been living in bali indonesia for last few years and have aquired a 1975 gt380 of one of my freinds and would love to start modifing it.im wondering if any one has cut or machined boost ports in to the cylinder on this bike? One of my local freinds loves modifing 2stroke suzukis for drag and road racing the bike they use is a suzuki satria r 120cc single he gets impressive power out of it iv used the Pistons in the gt380 as its hard to find origanal gt380 parts over here! My freind siad we should add boost ports and I was wondering were do we start he is very good on the die grinder any help would be greatly appreciated
