Do any of the other T models use the same clutch as the T500? Having a hard time finding a replacement basket...

Can you email a picture of your clutch basket , I have a NOS basket but I don't know the year.

Yes I believe they do. My T250j has the same the same basket, let us know the part number & i will cross reference it.
Did you break it trying to undue the drive nut? Some of the workshop manuals say it can be locked with a srew driver into the basket but its almost certain the " fingers " on the basket will break if you do, A locking tool is required.
The T250 clutch basket number is 21200-18001 labelled as "Gear,primary driven" because the primary drive gear is rivetted to the basket.
The GT250 also has the same number "21200-18001 Gear, primary driven"
The 250X7 has a different basket with a different number of "fingers" & will not fit!

More expensive option but Nova racing in the UK make a billet basket but you have to remove and rivet the primary gear to it.

I have at least 3 spare T500 clutch baskets, not much use to you in the USA though. I also use the NOVA basket, with their straight cut primary gears, on my Seeley T500 engines. They utilise Honda CR450 friction plates (8 off) and mixture of T500 (5 off) and DR350 (3 off) steel plates. As stated you have to de-rivet the large primary gear and re-rivet (rivets supplied by NOVA). You could also replace the clutch basket rubber shock absorbers while you are at it (available from NOVA or Pete Odell). When knocking out the rivets almost drill them out rather than just taking off the heads and using a punch. Failure to do so will result in the basket rivet bosses cracking when you drive them out (don't ask how I know ).

The part # according to the oozebook drawings is 21200-15001. I am looking at TS250 clutches on EBAY and they look the same and according to the interchangeable post they use the same clutch plates... If you can confirm, that would be awesome!!
