T500 air filter options

I'm looking for an air filter Y boot to go between my carbs and air filter box on my '71 T500.

I'd like to buy a new reproduction part as even the NOS are probably as hard as a rock. Is there a company that makes a reproduction boot? I don't want to pay $80 for one that is too hard to install.

I know that with the Yamaha RD350 and 400, it's common to get a K&N filter with a Y boot already attached to replace the airbox. Is there something similar available for the T500? This would be a plan B as I really want to keep this bike stock.

thanks,
Eric

I bought from here for my '72. Worked fine http://www.claussstudios.com/id47.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and with the weak dollar, not too expensive either

Thanks!

Exactly what I was looking for. I bought an oil dam while I was at it too.

I hope they have improved their quality in the oil dams. I got mine 2 years ago and threw it in the garbage.

I did the same thing with their oil dams, the first two I received had holes in them, received "new improved " from them and they also went into the dumpster. Had to cut a lot of material off them and still didn't fit that well.
