GT500 Winter rebuild

I am going to strip down my 76 GT500 for a crank rebuild. Going to do pistons and rings while I am at it. Right now I am just gathering the part numbers for everything I know I will need and some for possible problems I may find when I open it up.
First question I have is regarding the Wiseco Pistons-they list T500 and GT750 pistons. Which is the correct one to order?
If I decide to go OEM on the pistons, I have noted 1.5mm and 2mm rings listed by Suzuki. Which is correct/Why ?
For those who have used Bill Bune for there Crank rebuilds. If he finds something other then seals need replacing when the Crank is pressed apart, will he source the parts and charge accordingly or will I have to source and then send them to him?
Just trying to get some ducks in order over the next month. I am "hoping" that its really just the crank seals that need fixing.
The bike starts easily but is drinking transmission fluid and will not hold an idle off of choke without continually blipping the throttle.
Thanks
