Ok so I've gotten my t500 up and running great and I noticed that one oil line has air in it ( right cylinder piston skirt tube). I've tried to cycle the pump lever I see oil travel through the line but air remains I've pulled the line check valves seem to work and haven't detected any leaks or breaks in it . flushed it with cleaner and then again with oil , reinstalled it start the bike same situation. Right now I'm stumped.

You may have an invisible crack which allows air to creep in. If the pump is fully primed and purged of air, and if the pump base O-rings are sealing as they should, air can only get in via a cracked line. If you can locate it, you may be able to seal the crack with superglue but you'd need to remove and carefully wash the line with solvent first. I have such a crack but in my case it slowly leaked oil as the bike ran and I did solve it this way.
Alternatively, if the air is appearing from the cylinder end, I guess its possible that the one way valve in the banjo has failed. Thats easy to check. Again, you'd need to take the line off.
I always get paranoid about oil delivery so I think you're right to need to sort it out.
Good luck!

Just a minor correction, the T500 doesn't have O-rings on its base, that's a GT550 thing. There are O-rings on the pump of course. My bet is an air leak at the 2 to 1 junctions or bad check valve.

You can seal the junctions with epoxy as well as superglue, but in my case, bubbles were caused by leaking check valves and have now gone once I replaced all four valves.

I did replace on side at a time, but the pressure imbalance just pushed the bubbles over to the other side, so ended up doing all four in the end.
