Am slowly putting together a 1970 Suzuki T350 and don't know where/how to mount the bracket for the rear brake light switch. The parts diagram does not show the mounting point and I can't figure out where it goes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

On my T250j (same frame) the brake light switch bracket shares the same mounting point as the bottom oil tank point which also attaches to the bottom r/h of the battery box.
On the oil tank page of the parts manual its screw 14 (01111-06168) M6x16.

Appreciate the info loco. And what you describe seems like the only way it could mount. However, on my parts diagram under "electrical equipment", it shows bolt # 01111-06128 (reference # 31) and on the "oil tank" diagram, it is the same as yours. Does your electrical chart have a #31 like mine? I wonder if the 06128 is a typo, but not sure why they would list it on both charts. Thanks,
Lew.

Both the diagrams in my parts list the part list the as 01111-06168 which is a M6x16 bolt, the size is coded in the second five digits of the part number. The extra length is probably to allow for rubber cushioning washer #17 09161-08002 (8id x 22od x 3 wide) on oil tank diagram, the quantity's column show it used on all t250's.
The parts list i have covers all the T250 model/years so corrections are likely to have been made so the # reference numbers dont agree with yours but i am confident thats the correct size, just make sure there is some clearace between the end of bolt & the side of the oil tank when fitted so its not going to wear a hole in the tank.
Good luck with your build the T250's are much better looking than the GT250's that followed.

Appreciate the info loco. And what you indicate makes sense. Am going to mount the oil tank today and assemble the light switch so will see how it goes. Thank you.
