I just bought a used OEM flasher off eBay for $12. Turns out I don't need it. It's off a 75 GT550 but I would bet good money that the flashers are the same. I would sell it for the same $12 I paid if interested. I haven't tested it yet, but I would before I let it go. eBay sellers rip people off. I don't.

If you don't want to pay the higher prices of a Suzuki 750 specific flasher where the only difference is that it's labeled Nippon denso. All major auto stores sell the exact same flasher for a much cheaper cost. A flasher is a flasher, they all work the same. As long as it has the same amount of prongs and the bulbs aren't aftermarket higher wattage bulbs. Then you would need to buy an aftermarket flasher to supply enough power. That wouldn't be the case with stock bulbs.

Like pearljam724, I just use cheap Tridon automotive flashers which cost around $4 each, or if I am feeling like giving it some love, I'll spend $10 and get an electronic one. Most will actually fit nicely inside the original metal can so it even looks original ! And on the topic of options, Princess Auto sells a starter motor solenoid for about $14 that works well also if you need one - outside of Canada I'd suppose any automotive supply shop should have something comparable. 8)

Not to offend anyone, but in the US, most auto supply houses are manned my a bunch of minimum wage dummies. If you don't know the exact year, make and model, they are totally helpless.
Special application? Forget it.

The people who would be offended by that probably are not smart enough to figure out how to get online...so no worries there!
