Crap. Double crap. Left fork bottom bolt is leaking. The sealing washer on the allen bolt that holds the whole mess together.. Not severe. About a drop every 2 weeks. I am tempted to leave it. depending on the answer to this question.
Is ti likely to leak more once the suspension is in operation? Is there oil pressure directly on that bolt / washer when the forks compress?

it may leak more in use as the forks pumping will pressurise. i think you have a good chance to seal by sharply tightening it up which you can try just by dropping the front wheel out

That's sorta what I was thinking. An impact wrench. Anything else just wants to turn the whole apparatus inside. Problem is, I don't have an impact wrench. I guess Ill be in the market for an electric one.

Get one from harbor freight. They're only about $39.00 and they are great for loosening those hard to hold parts. Just don't tighten anything with it..
