Suzuki 2 Strokes

My friend is recommending NOK seals and 15 weight oil in the forks. I'm 210 lbs. Bike is rode single only, no pillion.
Any advice/suggestions? Also any recommended products for seals/oil?

Not really. Any fork oil will be fine.
