1976 GT550
#1) rear fender mounting.
When I got this bike, the rear fender was mounted with a couple of very rusty SAE bolts and nuts. Nothing else. I have no problem using SAE stuff, but I at least try to get them in stainless.
So the time has come to put the fender back on. All the OEM parts are available except for a spacer. I have a link to that spacer in the UK, or I can make my own from a stack of washers. What I DO need is a good exploded view of the assembly. Hard to tell anything from the fiche. I would just go back with SAE fasterners, but I'm afraid the sheet metal will crack from vibration. Seems like there should be a cushion involved. The fiche lists one, but again no telling where it goes in the assembly. I need a good view. I am talking about the rear most mount to the frame. I have the needed parts for the forward mounts.
#2) front brake hose
I need someone to take a picture of the routing and mounting points. The bike had a badly decayed master cylinder so the first thing I did was rip the brake system off. All my photos are after the fact, so I don't have any pics of how it went. I messed it for a while and it seems to be too long no matter how I route it. The line is an aftermarket from Cruizin Image. The length of the line is the same as the OEM line. The fastening grommets are 'close' to being in the same spot. There is a bolt on the back side of the lower tree on the right. I thought that had something to do with it - but maybe not.
So if one of you fine upstanding fellow 2 stroke maniacs could supply me any input, I'd appreciate it. If ypu have photos, you can PM me for my email address.
THANKS!

Re: 2 Favors needed
Helps on the routing. Apparently I am missing a bracket or 2. I screwed up on the top right fork pinch bolt. I noted the washer and nut on it, and thinking that wasn't right, I cut it off. Now I see that was for a guide
I cut off a perfectly good S bolt. Went to ACE today and they didn't have a long enough bolt. That little bolt (6mm) on the back of the lower tree apparently takes a guide that I don't have. I'm about ready to throw the whole mess in the trash and get me a single braided line.
