anything i should know about installation? i have new exhaust gaskets and am planning on using studs and acorn nuts instead of bolts to attach flanges. i cant wait! then all i have to do is install radiator and coolant lines and im ready for an initial startup after my ground up restoration!

And remember that on a BS40 carb it isn't an air screw of course. Out allows more fuel and in restricts fuel (not air).

Easy way to remember it is if the screw is on the filter side, it's an air screw and if it's on the motor side, it's fuel.

And don't forget that most riding is done at part throttle so make sure it's not too lean at 1/4 to 3/4 at low to mid revs when the needle jet and needle are the main event.

I have had Jemcos on three different bikes, and never had to do more than increase the main jet by one or two sizes.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........
