Worth the money?

All I really need is the bowl gaskets, top o-rings , float needles and seats. Price is for all three kits. My float needles are in good shape but the springs are terrible weak.

My honest answer? No, I doubt it is.

I have bought 3 pairs of rebuild kits for my T500. Each from a different source. Every one of them different, and every one a bag of junk. Even bowl gaskets that don't really fit.

Worst was the float needles and seats that drained the gas from my tank to my crankcase. Thankfully, the '71 has drain plugs, as I ended up with nearly a pint of gasoline.

I will only buy genuine Mikuni parts.

I have used the float needles a seats from Keyster kits that worked fine. Now that I have eliminated the SRIS, I have drain plugs too. Maybe I should change the bolts out for little spigots. 8)
