got my set of chinese silicone coolant hoses for gt750. the i.d. of the smaller line from head to starter compartment seems very loose over the fittings. there is barely any drag when you push it (or drop it) over the fittings. do you think that the clamps will be able to stop leaks with it being this loose? gfi or gti racing such and such brand. the other hoses seem to be correct. additionally it will need to be shortened about 2 inches.

It's been a while, but I bought a real nice set of OEM type hoses from these folks. Used to be very active on eBay. http://www.knkcycles.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I needed the hose that connects the radiator to the expansion tank. I measured the one that was on there and searched for the size on ebay. Found a NOS one of the exact size for about $3 incl postage. Surprised that it was for an Allis-Chalmers tractor(?). I bought replacement hoses from the engine to the radiator at AutoZone or Advance.
