Back is out AGAIN. Must be a human design flaw.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.

You have my sympathy......been there, done that. No bloody fun at all.

+1 :cry: being a meat cutter by trade i am lifting 70~80 lb boxes of meats all day long .. after a shift my lower back hurts all the time :shock:
