Just some questions,
_have you some photos of these con rods and BE bearings ?
_If you haven't, is it writting an "S" on the rod (not the Suzuki S)?
_How much washers for only one rod, 2 or 4 ?

Re: T500 Crankshaft Rebuild Kit
I was thinking that it could be Samarin made but it is not.
Samarin (spanish con rod) has do some con rod kits some years ago, very expensive... too expensive.

Cruzinimage - T500 Crankshaft Rebuild Kit
Hello, can anyone tell me if they have used one of these con rod kits and pistons from cruzinimage in their T500 with success from a quality and performance point of view? I need 1mm over size pistons, however can't seem to find any copy pistons this size, just 0.5mm, 1.5mm & 2.00mm for some reason.

Hello Syd,
For pistons also consider Weisco and Wossner. Both are forged pistons and of very good quality. You should be able to find them in +1mm.
Cheers Geoff

Re: T500 Crankshaft Rebuild Kit
Thanks Geoff - I will check that out. I understand GT550 pistons can be used without and problems as well and these are available. My biggest problem is the con rods as I need a new set and while cruzinimage have these, it would be good to know some feedback from anyone who has used these with success?

Re: T500 Crankshaft Rebuild Kit
Hi Syd,
As a serial decimator of T500 rods (racing), both std and GT750 adapted rods I appreciate your dilemma. Crank pins are still available from Suzuki and big end rollers (but not the cage).
Cheers Geoff

Knal Naar Potz Lists having +1mm pistons. I have been running these pistons for a year now OK. He does rods and mains too. I think his stuff is 'Cruzin Image' or from the same sources as it all looks very similar.
Plenty of folk run his pistons without complaint, pins aren't quite as tight in the piston as OEM but are far from being a poor fit, and the circlips supplied look a bit poor but are easily substituted with OEM parts.

Re: T500 Crankshaft Rebuild Kit
Thanks for all the info gents which is much appreciated. I'll check out the Cruzin Image parts which seems to be the best solution. One of my contacts here in NZ used some of their pistons for a T350 and he said they were excellent.
