t500 transmission whine

going to change the clutch basket and primary drive tomorrow from a spare engine that I have and see if that makes any difference been thinking that because the clutch basket had not been fully tightened its been rocking about for years and may have worn the teeth a bit - watch this space for the verdict tomorrow - fingers crossed

problem sorted - swapped over the complete clutch assembly and primary drive gear and no more whining noise or rattling from the clutch - seemed to be a fair bit of wear on the gear teeth when comparing the two side by side it will be like riding a different bike now :clap: :up:
