I think that's the line I'm going to take to be honest, I can't find anything to suggest otherwise.... Guess I'll find out when everything goes back together (fingers crossed)

I agree with ConnerVT. In the last two years, I've found two or three washers on my garage floor that I could not account for. I'm pretty meticulous, which is a curse in the vintage bike world, and I always stand there scratching my head wondering where that SOB (washer) came from.

Put it on your workbench and move on. Assemble everything according to how the parts diagrams show and go have a nice ride! LexPaul
