What is probably happening is that one or both races were not fully home in the frame. As the bike is run, the forces from use will tend to pull/push the races deeper. Do not go mad with a breaker bar. All you are tring to do is to pull the bearing seats into place - not trying to twist it's head off. :shock:

its been a while but im pretty sure the races were in all the way, I will check when I start messing with it again, ya I didn't want to torque it down to much the first time, but I know I got it pretty good , good enough to where it should not have come loose, I will recheck the races , sorry didn't mean to high jack the thread,,, just saying iv had problems also,,,,,,i cant imagine me not seating the races all the way, but if my wife was yelling at me anything is possible :wth:
