You can run Suzuki's on premix, but to do so you must remove the oil guides from the crankshaft to allow premix to lube main bearings.
I am not sure if the reliability of the main bearings is compromised when this is done.

I’d also be concerned. Needs for a racing motor & a street motor are very different. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any writeup/comments about a premix Suzuki crank lasting 10k miles or more.
