Hello.
I have installed the clutch into my T500. After it had been to Pete O'Dell to have its damping rubbers replaced. It has transformed my agricultural old clunker into a smooth pleasurable bike to ride. Even cured issues I didn't realise were there.
Now my question is this...
Has anyone tried to replace the damping rubbers & rivets on a t250? If so. How successful was it? And how was it done?
I have a really tidy T250j that I have owned for 20yrs. But it has always been a disappointing ride. And I feel some attention to the clutch would pay dividends.
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
Sean.

Re: T250 clutch re-damp?
there aren't any damping rubbers on the t250 clutch. the gt380 has damping springs, but won't interchange with the t250 or gt250. i've got loads of clutch spares if you need any?
cheers, dd.

Re: T250 clutch re-damp?
Hello Dollydog.
On to the contrary. I have just dismantled a T250j clutch.
There are 6 damper rubbers but no springs.
The rubbers look identical to those used in the T500 clutch. Where 8 are used. So I now need to get a sample rubber & rivet from a 500 for comparison purposes.
