Air bubbles in oil lines T350

Post by joethebike »

I followed this sites advice about air bubbles in the oil lines by replacing the check valves with Kawasaki ones and rebuilding the oil pump with a seal kit to no avail, until I looked at the banjo for the right side oil lines attachment at the oil pump.
After sliding off the metal collar attaching the banjo to the oil line I found a crack in the plastic line that was hidden under the collar and was allowing air into the oil line.

Air bubbles can be aggravating. I had to seal the junction area of my lines as there was some sort of crack/opening there.

Curious what you used to seal the crack- clear epoxy?
