T500 battery

Post by casperdog »

Hi, I need a battery for my T500r, I'm using a standard battery box. The bike came battery-less so before I order the wrong one can any body give me makes and numbers of replacement ones. I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.
Many thanks
Phil.

If you still have the stock rectifier & voltage regulator, then you should get a conventional battery with a vent tube.

If you upgrade to a modern rectifier/regulator then you can use an AGM or maintenance-free battery.

Hi, just ordered a YUASA YB7A which has the same dimensions as Geoff's post. Thanks for that.
Cheers
