I need some rear foot rests. I think teh bracket thread is M10 fine (1.25mm) can anyone confirm?

Suzuki used JIS fasteners. So there generally is only one thread pitch used for any given bolt diameter.

If you don’t already have them, you should get some JIS screwdrivers. Although the screw heads look like phillips, they are actually JIS. Phillips screwdrivers ruin JIS screw heads.
For most screws & bolts, you can decode the Suzuki part number to determine the size & length. Which bike are you working on?

yes dax, rear footrests are m10 x 1.25 and fronts are m8 normal coarse thread and m10 fine

i also need a set of rear footrests for my S32. Where are you finding the M10 footrests? Ebay?

hi mate, if you're not bothered about authenticity, and these are copies, try the rear footrests for royal enfields. those you looked at point downwards after minimal use - i know, because i've tried them. the enfield ones are better built. also use the front rubbers for the front footrests, also enfield. they are much thicker and made of rubber, not plastic. they fit the gt250 perfectly
