T500 crank o rings

Post by Splant »

Can the o rings be stretched over the flywheel webs to renew the centre bearing seals ? And can threebond be used all around the bearing instead of renewing the o rings if they can't be stretched? Cheers

No and no. It has to be split and done properly.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Not in my world. :|

Here are a couple companies you might check out should you decide to have a professional do it. I do not have any personal experience or knowledge of their reputation.

https://www.stneotsmotorcycles.com/page ... ngines.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.pjme.co.uk/acatalog/Crank_Sh ... ding_.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Other companies can be found by just entering keywords 'two stroke crankshaft rebuilding United Kingdom' into Google search engine.
