I bought a 1975 GT550 about a month ago. Thus far I have really just been putting around on the bike, cleaning and polishing. To my knowledge it is completely stock, with the exception of unifilters in the stock airbox. It starts easy, but leaks a good bit of fuel (Gas and Oil) out of the left cylinder (my left if I'm on the bike). The bike smokes little to none after it warms up and I take off the choke. Its really only noticeable if the bike has sat for a couple of days. What could be causing this and am I going to harm the bike by riding it with this leak? Thanks in advance for the advice!

Where is the leak? Under the head or at the base?

Around the exhaust as far as I can tell, but possible a lil under the head. No leaks at all from the base.

Get some new exhaust gaskets. Smear a little high temp RTV on both sides of the gasket at re assembly
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.

+1 to Coyote's comment - likely just a leaking exhaust gasket - fairly common problem, and leaks oily crud all over your leg. You might try tightening it up slightly to see if it makes a difference before trying the RTV. I'd also suggest pulling the baffle in the pipe just to check that it isn't plugged up, as that can also cause exhaust flange leakage.
