Thanks for all the input, I didn't realise there were so many permatations!
I ended up paying £133 for one off Ebay but its absolutely mint, it must have spent its life in the Arizona desert. It's a dead giveaway as an a American import though as it has round red reflectors attached to either side of the dog bone light, I think I'll change that part over for my old part, although I must admit that I quite like the look of it.

On another topic, anyone know of a good re-chromer in the UK and one that also does exhaust pipes?

Not sure where you are located, but in the Kent area, Ashford Chroming has had some decent reviews, but for pipes, give S&T Electroplate in Bristol a call - they have done work for a few of the Kettle Club members. 8)
