This is a deal if I ever saw one.

That's what I've installed in the engine I've just put together - we'll see how well they work out. 8)

I assume that the quality of the parts looked quite good to you, which is why you went ahead and installed them?

I had the fellow who does the cylinder boring and crankshaft rebuilding for me check them over - he does a lot of vintage motorcycle work: lots of British, Ducati, Benelli, H-D, lots of Japanese. If you live in southern Alberta, the place is RPM Services in De Winton. The test of course will be how long they last and I don't have the engine back in the frame yet so lots of time for it all to go terribly wrong  Joe said they were fine which is good enough for me - I suppose we will see. 8)

I have bought quite a few things from that same vendor - CruzinImage - and other than the carb sets, I have yet to be disappointed. I bought two sets of the fork tubes and am very happy with them, and the gasket sets are also quite good.
